Q: I have a problem with one of the products reviewed on your website. Can you help?

A: HealthyCompare.com is a review website. We do not sell any products through our website. You would therefore have to contact the website through which you purchased the product.

Q: I have been been signed up to an auto-billing scheme for a product. Can you help?

A: We NEVER recommend products which are sold via a free trial, which then enrolls you into an auto-billing scheme. We do provide reviews of such products on our website, for the purposes of warning consumers about them. If, despite our warnings you have become involved in an auto-billing scheme, we recommend you contact the website through which you purchased the product, or if you cannot get through to them, contact your bank who will be able to assist you.
